How long will the logistics and delivery of the goods take? Do I need to pay for international shipping?
To provide you with the best shopping experience, we have adopted an innovative “pre-stocked warehouse” model:
Delivery efficiency: Products are pre-stored in our local warehouse in Brazil. Once you place an order, it will be shipped directly from the Brazilian warehouse, with a standard delivery time typically within 3-7 business days, similar to your local online shopping experience.
Shipping policy: You don’t need to pay expensive international shipping fees. You only pay the local logistics fee from our Brazilian warehouse to your address, and sometimes you can even enjoy free shipping promotions.
I am a Chinese manufacturer/brand. How can I work with you to sell products in Brazil?
We provide you with a one-stop ‘brand go-global’ solution, from warehousing to sales:
Product Storage: You can ship your goods in bulk to our consolidation center in China or directly to the designated port in Brazil, and we will handle customs clearance and delivery to local warehouses in Brazil.
Localized Operations: Our team takes care of product listing, Portuguese copy translation, local marketing promotion, as well as complete order processing and customer service.
Sales and Settlement: After the products are sold through our platform, we will provide you with clear sales reports and carry out convenient and secure settlements according to the agreed schedule. Your main focus only needs to be on providing high-quality products.
If I am not satisfied with a product, how can I return or exchange it?
We offer convenient local return and exchange services. If the purchased product has quality issues or does not match the description, you can contact our local customer service in Brazil to request a return or exchange within a certain period after receiving the goods (for example, 7-15 days).
